Return

You can easily return/exchange your order within 30 days of receipt.

Please proceed as follows:

1. Register your return
Simply send us an email to: info@elb-fuchs.de
Please mention which order it is (order number like #12345)

2. Pack the package
After we have gotten back to you as quickly as possible, please pack your return as a parcel.

Please note that the products must be in their original packaging.

3. We will refund / send you your exchange
Immediately after we receive your return, we will refund the amount to your previous payment method.

If agreed in advance, we will send you your exchange free of charge.
