Frequently asked questions

We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible.

Germany :
Usually your order will be ready for dispatch within 24 hours and will reach you in
1 to 2 working days *.

Europe :
Here too, we prepare most orders for dispatch within 24 hours. Delivery takes place in
2 to 7 working days *.

*Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot give a 100% guarantee for delivery times. In rare cases, delays may occur due to force majeure, staff shortages or problems with the shipping service provider.

We deliver CO₂e-compensated throughout Germany and to Austria using Deutsche Post's goods mail service. In your shipping confirmation you will find a tracking number to track your order.

Germany :

• Shipping costs: 4,90 €
• Shipping is free for orders over 50 €.
• CO₂e-compensated

Europe :

• Shipping costs: 6,90 €
• Here too, shipping is free for orders over 100 €.

You can return your items to us within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Immediately after your return has been processed, we will initiate the refund to your previous payment method.

After dispatch, you will receive an email with your invoice attached as a .pdf.
